Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping takes within 2-7 days. Please allow for additional time due to delays with courier companies (which we have no control over).
Please allow for an additional 1-2 days delay due to Covid-19 and/or potential high engagement through our website while processing orders.
Local delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free flat-rate shipping to South Africa as well as offer Express shipping for R89.00 which will allow you to skip the processing of orders queue, allowing for your delivery to arrive in an even faster time.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
